Accounting Graduate Program

The indiGO Accounting Graduate Program is a strategic three-year rotational initiative designed to support company growth by developing recent accounting and finance graduates into future leaders. Participants will experience a range of developmental opportunities, including job rotations, challenging assignments, formal training, and personalized guidance. This program provides hands-on experience and exposure to industry specific accounting practices, all with the goal of preparing participants to excel in leadership roles within our organization.

What can you expect from the program?

  • Interview Process

    The hiring process includes an initial HR phone screen, followed by an in-person panel interview, and a case study presentation to the executive team.

  • Program Overview

    Dealership Operations:

    The training begins with an introduction to the automotive industry, providing essential context for understanding dealership operations.

    Dealership Accounting:

    Master all accounting functions and support financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and efficient operations.

    Financial Planning:

    Responsibilities include creating financial strategies and long-term plans to drive growth and profitability, as well as analyzing financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

    Governance & Compliance:

    Maintain effective organizational structures and processes to support sound decision-making while learning to adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Special Projects

    At various points in the rotation, participants will be given the opportunity to present on their understanding of key processes and identified opportunities for improvement.
